Game Xchange sold refurbished xbox that was faulty, now won't replace and it turns out the machine we bought from them was stolen to begin with RIPOFF Springfield Illinois
My husband purches a used xbox from game xchange. it fizzled out soon after and we took it back they laughed and said tough luck cll microsoft. We did and it turns out that game xchan ge has sold us a stolen machine.
Now we are stuck with a stolen non working xbox that we can't get repaired cause the game xchange takes the screws out of the botom of the machines to clean them. Microsoft won't replace them if the screws are out. Looks like game xchange is putting the "screws" to whomever buys game systems from them.
