Complaint Review: GameCardDelivery

GameCardDelivery GameCardDelivery sold me already-redeemed Sony PSN cards. They provided no remedy and I lost my money. 8920 Business Park Austin, Texas 78759 Internet

GameCardDelivery sold me already-used Sony PSN cards. When I tried to redeem them, I got the message "This card has already been redeemed". I contacted them and they asked for proof that I did not redeem the cards myself. I contacted Sony, and they confirmed that the cards have indeed been redeemed about a month prior to my purchase. I also got Sony to send me an email confirming this information. However, no matter how much proof I provided, GameCardDelivery kept on asking for more proof, even though they could have very easily verified everyhing with Sony directly (it would have taken them less than 5 minutes). I even offered them to have a conference call with Sony to remove any doubt, but they declined. After a while it became clear that they were not acting in good faith. They refused to provide any refunds and I lost my money.
