Complaint Review: Gameday Media

I worked at Gameday Media, a sister company of Bench Craft, and astonished at their business practice that the owner "Charlie" is fully complicit it. It's a deep and ugly business when you consider that they are supposed to be generating funds for schools. For the most part, they develop game programs for high school sports - football, basketball, baseball etc. - full color, nice programs. They donate anywhere from $5k to $7k to the school upfront and then sell 3 - times the amount in sponsors - $15k to $21k. They are taking the lions share of the profit.

They have a very sketchy cast of characters who call on innocent businesses and hammer them for a credit card on the spot - one call close - and subject these poor businesses to an absolute onslaught of calls from people you wouldn't let near your dog let alone take your credit card information. They do not store credit information properly at all - everyone is exposed to all the credit information and can make copies and do with it what they want - very unprofessional. 

They lie and teach telemarketers to lie in order to get "digits" as they say - credit card. They charge varied rates depending upon what a person can close them with - some people pay $700 for a half page while many pay $350. They lie about the numbers being printed and handed out at games. They lie about being "featured" as the only real estate, dentist, chiropractor (fill in the blank). It's disgusting. If you know anyone who is working with Gameday - please let them know what a horrible group of crack house refuges these people really are. They should be ashamed of themselves.
