In February 2009 I was due to have extensive surgery that would keep me in bed for months.  To help pass the time I called GameHouse and got instructions on how to buy 5 games.  I explained that all I wanted was 5 games.  I received an online package for 5 games to use as I wanted.  This worked well.  Played the games, got well and moved on.  The account I used was a CC that only had enough money on it to cover the 5 games.  I do not keep any more than $10.00 per month and don't use the card.  Turns out GameHouse has been billing me for $6.99 per month for well over a year.  My total cost for 5 games is now over $150.00.  When I tried to determine what the charges were for they quickly reverted to " I don't speak english very well" and hung up.  Upon calling back I asked for proof that I had signed up for a subscription service they had NONE.  I asked they to look at my account and determine when I had last down loaded any games they said I hadn't since Feb 2009.  I explained that i religiously don't sign up for monthly subscription accounts, not even for my transplant medication which I assured them was more important.  When I told them I would post this complaint with the BBB, Ripoff report, and the Washington Attorney General offices they said "find we get a lot of them anyway.  Stay Away from GAMEHOUSE.
