After providing information about my two Lineage 2 accounts I wanted to sell, they provided me with a guaranteed quote. $390.00 for one account and 476.00 for another.

I provided them with the information to access the accounts. Both accounts' information was accessed and changed. I received an email saying that payment was pending, but that they needed "additional information" before they would pay me. I provided that information - twice.

Any attempt to get a response back from this company is met with silence. At this point, I cannot believe they are acting in good faith whatsoever. I am irritated and extremely frustrated.

Oh, and they never have "live service" on their site. Everything is email. No phone numbers to call, nothing. The WHOIS information on that domain is all dummy data - none of it means anything whatsoever.

So, I am putting my complaint here for all to see. If I don't hear something back soon, the next step is to file an actual complaint where law enforcement can get involved.

UPDATE! What ended up happening here was an issue with paypal limitation.

I never received notification from paypal. I guess you have to login directly to your paypal to locate the payments. When I logged in my paypal was limited so I assumed I didn't get paid still. I ended up finally getting the issue cleared up with paypal and everything went as promised as paypal allowed me to then withdraw my funds I received.

Just Sold them a few more accounts shortly and had no issue this time. Great service overall!
