Complaint Review: Gamepal.com Mmoan.com Toons Inc.

I bought an account from these people, and they think since it is an intangible item they can just rip you off. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they LIED saying that they had delivered it to me. I received an email after the purchase saying they did not have my item and gave me a 20$ coupon instead. Like I would EVER order from them again. Then when I filed the dispute they act like they sent it to me. These guys are not chinese guys they are here in the US so they are subject to the laws here. I hope Blizzard or another company sues them soon.
