It all started when i orderd a Dark age of camelot account on the 24/11/2007 They gave me the incored account information so i emailed them back saying the information didnt work Here is what i got back in the email " Hi again,
order ******
I'll mark your email here to be looked at by the accounts managers. They'll get back to you on the incorrect info as soon as they can.

so i waited the next email i got was on the 19/12/2007 saying
" Hi John,
I apologize for you having to wait so long to get this corrected. I have marked your problem as priority. Maybe you should look on the site to see if there may be an account you'd like in trade? If you can, look on the site for up to three accounts that you may like to replace your original purchase, up to +20% more than the purchase. Go ahead and send them to me with your order number, and I'll send that to them to just in case.
