Gamepal Not closing the deal responses to emails that are automated, but no results Internet

I have been sending emails to accounts@gamepal.com for months now trying to get them to complete the transaction on my WOW account that i bought. All they need to do is click a couple buttons and have the full account info changed to my info instead of theirs, and apparently it is taking them months to please a customer.

I have talked to many of their 24/7 chat service people who have no control over anything(they are however very nice). The emails are being sent at least every other day now and the only reply is an automated message. I was told at one point to keep sending emails until i receive a response, but considering its been four months now of repetitive emails I'm getting sick of it. I would like this handled gamepal. I just want my full info so i can get on with my life and you guys can get on with yours.
