Three months ago I sent my X-Box 360 to Gamesagalore to have the disc drive replaced. I prepayed them as they instruct you to do on their website www.gamesagalore.com. Gamesagalore also has you pay for the shipping to their address in Lincoln Park Michigan.  Gamesagalore promises to have your X-Box 360 repaired and returned to you within a WEEK. Gamesagalore also promises 48hr turnaround on their emails from you.  After one week, I contacted Gamesagalore about the ETA on the X-Box. I continued attempting to make any type of communication with them and did not receive a response till about TWO MONTHS LATER. The response was an excuse without an apology and they promised to have it to me within the next week.  After contacting the police department and the city hall about Gamesagalore, I realized this was not the first time this company had done this to someone. I finally realized, after doing hours of research on this company's reviews on the internet search engines that Gamesagalore was a SCAM and a RIPOFF.  I am not sure on what to do to get back the $60 for the repair Gamesagalore never completed, the money for shipping and the lost time Gamesagalore cost my family waiting for unfulfilled promises.  The X-Box finally showed up with the same smudges on the disc drive Gamesagalore was supposed to replace. HELP!?
