Complaint Review: GameTap

We originally purchased the annual payment for $59.95 and then all of the sudden our 1 year renewal was approaching and we called and left a message to cancel. This company has never responded to that and then they charged us another $59.95 and says they will not refund our money. We never used the service so we explained on email that we cannot even utilize the service. They mentioned that you can go online and cancel, but we cannot even gain access to online because we never were able to login. Do not do business with this company because they will not honor cancellations and if you ever have any customer service issues- YOU WILL NEVER REACH A LIVE PERSON AND THEY PROMISE TO CONTACT YOU WITHIN 72 HOURS AND THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Buyer beware!!!
