GameWar Witholding payment and/or taking unusualy long time to complete confirmed transaction. Internet
On september 15th i was interested of getting rid of my old EvE online account and found a gamewar site.
I submitted my account ( be adviced they require your log-in data despite having acces to the full api key verification )
The "automatic" scam offer was over 450.00 USD.
Day or two after i was contacted with so called "corrected" price after manual review at 242.00 USD
My mistake was that i sent inqury mail with basic question why so lower price and can we find ourselfs on median.
Answer to taht specific mail HAD come, negative naturaly, but in november 26'th, more of this later.
Another my mistake is that few days after, i went in "meh i want to get rid of it anyway" and i sent my moneybookers data to them to "verify and complete transaction" ( still in september )
After loong pass of time ( october and goood part of november ) i got answer, YAY.
Well no so yay after all, the mail received was answer on question asked in september, negative answer, with "oh we are getting swarmed with eve clients, you could get even lower price then those 242.00 USD"
I replied to that, by requesting that yes i did accept in the end that 242 price, yes i did sent you payment details, and yes i'm sending them again just in case.
Another YAY e-mail, and again platitude answer from their side and " did you receive our last e-mail where we say we can't go higher with price then 242.
My answer was yes i did, yes i accept and will you finaly complete tranaction, with another re-send of payment details.
Plus i finaly got tired and i did mention in e-mails that my next stop WILL be a Ripoff Report page.
As you can guess, they did not neither answered mail ( not with the oh we are sorry one, that is startign to realy get on my, well you know )
they DID NOT completed transaction, nor did they return account.
That is why i consider them, ripoffs, frauds and generaly insult to any company in their line of bussiness.
Their major selling point is, "we are not chinese", Well they are correct there, chinese are faster, honest and have actualy a live support, not " all our agents are busy excuse "

It appears there was a miscommunication during this submisson. I have now received payment and if the allowed, I will post an image with the payment details confirming the payment was received. Please disregard what I said.

Suprisingly the Gamewar answered on very same day after they ended on this page, by shuffling me to their legal department and requesting from me to give to legal dept. my login details for Ripoff report.
I said NO, and pointed them to rebuttal.
Naturaly they "reminded" me that sale of game client is prohibited by EULA, funny how that was not problem untill i went public despite witholding any and all vital data in regard to client i put on sale.
As long they were stalling, miss placing emails and naturaly apologizing, there was no problems.
Naturaly i again withold the words mentioned by them in their "legal" dept. mail.
