Complaint Review: gandermtn.com Gander Mountain

Gander Mountain They said they contacted me about a delivery. I never received but 1 email stating they would contact me but never did and then they sent the item back. They refunded me for the item but not for the shipping and I wanted/needed the item I purchased. They didn't attempt to make the delivery but said they contacted me. I received as stated 1 email that they were gonna contact me and then I received an email that it had been sent back. I'm very pissed about this situation. I will never buy from that company again but I do feel that I am owed the sum of $30 for my hassle and for them not going the extra mile to make sure I received my item. Internet

I bought a Generator from Gander Mountain but they decided to return it without my authorization and refund me for the item only and not the shipping. I feel they owe me the sum of $30 because they only contacted me one time about getting a delivery set up but then my next email was about them sending the item back. I feel they could have done a better job about contacting me. If you can't contact by phone, they should contact me via email but they didn't do that. I needed this item and thought that I was getting a great deal but turns out that I got took. They told me on the phone that I had to re-purchase the item and that's not how I think business should be ran.
