Complaint Review: Ganley Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

While this may not be a typical case, I believe that it provides a great insight into the management of this dealership. I own a dealership in Arkansas and purchased a vehicle on a dealer only website from Ganley Village in Ohio, at their full asking price, and while it was sitting on their lot over the weekend they sold it anyway. This action on their part violated the legally binding purchase agreement that we both signed. Ganley Village was fined and the Auciton service is taking further disciplinary actions against them as a result of these actions, but that does not make it right. To any prospective customers of Ganley, I would advise that you stay away. If they did it to me, I doubt that they wouldn't have a second thought about doing to it you. This is unethical.
