 Initially the process to get started was good! But...it's gone downhill ever since! We have been working on my disability claim less than a year & I'm on my 4th case manager! And each time they've changed, I've been the one who has called them (for another issue) & would be told then that I had been assigned a new one! So, horrible communication, terrible customer service! They would promise to check on my claim & call me back within a certain time period & that never happened! They promised to let me know the outcome of my first claim BEFORE I'd receive the letter from Social Security! Didn't happen! After I received the letter, I had to call them, to see if they'd yet filed an appeal! Promises not kept! It's very, very frustrating and makes me wonder if they are even a legitimate company! I might as well filed on my own and save the fee they will get if I'm approved! I will not recommend using GAR! I called today because my case manager had not called back in the time frame promised, and a very rude woman, Rosemary, hung up on me simply because I asked who I was speaking with! Very unprofessional to say the least! I could go on & on, but I'm sure you get my point...I would not use them again! I have no confidence in GAR!
