Complaint Review: garage door doctor

i called the garage door doctor to install a new garage door. i was to make 2 payments - 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon delivery. the garage door doctor charged my debit card for 1/2 on the first visit and then 5 minutes later (according to bank of america) charged my B of A credit card! The garage door docotr then charged my debit card a third time a week later! when i called Mark Brummond, the owner, to discuss the matter he hung up on me and called me an a*****e. 

 i then went to the actual storefront to show the owner he had overcharged me. the owner, mark brummond, was a complete a******. he refused to look at my bank statements and told me i was no longer a customer and said i needed to leave his property. the owner was angry at me for calling a local radio personality he advertises with. what recourse did i have? he had an extra $900 dollars from me and was refusing to discuss the matter like an adult.

 i called bank of america and disputed the charge. thank god i saved my estimate from the garage door doctor or i would have been screwed. bank of america reversed the charge but not before i left a bad review for tis company online. 

i wish i could say the story ended there. the owner, mark brummond, saw the review i lefty his company online and decided to call my personal cell phone number at 10pm at night. he then threatened me and my family and said he wanted me to come to his shop that night! okay, how did this kid end up running any type of business? he has the worst attitude of any business person i have ever seen. he berates and curses at his customers frequently. 

please be warned. this is the most unprofessional compaby i have ever dealt with - well its definitley top 2. avoid the garage door doctor at all costs. if you have to deal with them do NOT give them your credit card number!
