Looked on line for replacement parts for garage door broken torsion springs. Previous owners of the house had the wrong springs installed.  I contacted GarageDoorNation via their email to ask what size to buy sense the springs on my door were not the proper size. They indicated via their website that they would respond with in 24 hours to any email request. What a joke, it took them a couple of days and then could not answer my questions. After a week of back and forth emails they recommeded a spring size, which turns out to be wrong. 

Shipping was going to be out of the Ohio location, which is was, but their deliever took 5 business days. Once I recieved the springs, bearings, cable, etc in the kit, I installed the springs and they did not work at all. I contacted customer service via email to discuss installation details and it took them over a day to response with "thats what you ordered and there is no returning them". I ended up having to find a local garage door parts company, which takes a great many phone calls because most garage door companies will not sell you parts, to find the proper size.

Once I received the local part, which took only 1 hour to make, and installed them my door works perfectly.

Garagedoornation has horrible customer service and shipping. Go local if you can find a company willing to sell you parts and it will save you money and a great deal of time.
