Complaint Review: Garage Door Parts LLC

I ordered 10 Nylon Garage Door Rollers at $2.52 each on 6/16/2009; I paid for my order using PayPal.

I never received a Conformation Email from the company; the only email I received was a receipt from PayPal showing payment of $31.70 to Cynthia Koslosky.

I became suspicious when I Emailed them on 6/17/2009 requesting an estimated ship date and tracking info when available; the email was Never Responded to.

I called the phone number on the Website on 6/18/2009 to request the estimated shipping date. When the answering machine finally picked-up all you heard was "Leave a Message" ... not very Business Like if you ask me.

I emailed them again on 6/20/2009 again No Response.

After that I began to research them on the Internet and found the Rip-Off Website and all the complaints against them. I only wish I had done the research first.

Be WARNED this company appears to be a Scam/Rip-Off !!!
