Garage Door Parts LLC ordered tension spring paid through pay pal not response since confirmation #20511 Internet, New Jersey
i ordered a tension spring from garage door parts llc. on 9/9/09 payment of 61.00 was made on said date and i recieve a order confirmation #(20511).i have been trying to reach the company since to find out a shipping and or delivery date.no response to email sales@garagedoorpartxprss.com and the listed phone#goes right to a fax and or computer(973-777-9038 )thinking i ordered my part from overhead door i contacted them to see if they usedthis company to ship parts. the man at american overhead door told me it was a rip off company and i should contact rip off reprots. and that is where we are now.
