Complaint Review: Garage Door Parts LLC

I placed an order on 01/08/11 and the payment cleared my bank on 01/10/11. I never received an update as to when my merchandise would be sent so I emailed the "sales" department. I never got a reply so I emailed again. Then I called the number on the website and found that it was a Magic Jack phone. Wow, how cheap is that and the mailbox was full. That should be no shock since these people never answer their phone and never reply to emails either. I should have not placed my order when I saw that they wanted to directly access my bank account through a check service. I noticed a different number on another ripoff report and surprise that mailbox is full too. This company is no company it is a ripoff for sure. I will be alerting my bank to see what they can do, but I have probably lost my money and I still need parts for our garage door.
