Placed this order for two garage door springs on March 29th. I was waiting for these springs to be shipped for a mionth. Decided to call to find out what's the status of my order.Every time I call the same answering machine is saying: "The Magic Jack customer you have called is unavailable to take your call". I left a voice message, and I sent an email asking about my order status. There was no email or phone call response from this company.
