Complaint Review: Garage Door Services Co.

This company put in a garage door opener last year and has had to come back 2-3 times to put a new board in and reset the opener because it stops working.  They quoted a price and gave me a window of 4-7 pm and at 7"03 pm I got a call from Jose and he said he would be here at 8 pm.  At 8:20 pm I called and they could not get a hold of him.  Three more heated phone calls and the tech calls me back and gets nasty with me and I got nasty back with him.  He calls in for a price and Michael gets on the phone and says he liistened to my phone calls back to last year and refused to play them to me.  

Saying they quoted me labor and service call, etc which is a lie.  The call got heated with both of us yelling.  I asked him repeatedly to give me the amount so I could pay and they could go since it is now 9:30 pm.  He then said they would note the account to never come out here again.  Which is to my satisfaction because I have over $1.500 woth of receipts just to fix their less than 1 yr old door opener.  Lance and Duke also lying about what I was told and transpired.  

I have gone to the manufacturer before after the 2nd visit from putting in a $680+ door opener and he also stated this is a sorry company.  Please don't use them.  I have not had 1 service call that hasn't resulted in another $200 to $500 bill.  They will not back their product and are very sarcastic as I was with them when I have to work and they have no sense of timing or care for your needs.  I will never use them and I will let everyone know not to use any door company that has GDS in the name or run by or owned by ever again.  Save your money and sanity.
