After researching several garage door parts companies, I decided to purchase my garage door spring from the above named company. I paid by debit card. The company sent me a follow-up E-Mail confirming my order. The product never came. The phone number of the company no longer appears on the web site.
After making a complaint someone from the company emailed me back with a substitute spring because the one I ordered was not in stock. I agreeded to the suggested product and a conformation number was given. (6148704) This occured on 3/10/2008.
The product never shipped.
The company stopped all correspondence.
