Complaint Review: Garcia Media Group Srx Tvboxset.com

On 06/29/07 i ordered online a dvd box set of 6 seasons of Third Watch, and i got a conformation of order # it is 16373, and on 07/01/07 i got an email from them saying that my order has been processed. On 07/05/07 i recieved an email form Canada Post saying that i have a tracking # to be able to track my order that # is 7124196001371053, and an order # D016537546, and the item was shipped on July 05, and that the service type will be Xpresspost. Then on 07/05/05 at 19:30 and will be at my place between Wednesday July 11th - Saturday July 14. On July 14th I wrote an email saying that it didnt arrive in the allotted time frame, they wrote me back saying that since July 1st is a Canadian Holiday and that July 4th was a holiday that they were sorry that it hadnt arrived, but they said "Our online shipping does not provide us with a declaration and we were not made aware of this new requirement". So this is what caused the packages to be delayed, then they said that th good news is that this is all taken care of and my tracking # will be active again within 24 hours, and that my order will be there within 4 buisiness days. Then they thanked me for my patience and said sorry for the delay. On 07/20/07 i wrote them another email asking them when should i now expect to recieve it, they wrote back and said what is your order #, that was the last thing that i heard. That was 9 days ago.
