Garcia Media Group, SXR CA TV Box Set.Com Scammed OUt Of 210 Dollars For DVD's Internet
Feel so entirely taken advantage of! I ordered my wife the box set of Little House on The Prairie on DVD for her birthday, on July 24th, 2007. I got a confirmation tracking number with my order...22361. Was told that it would arrive by August 11th. August 11th came and went.
On August 17th I recieved a e mail from them saying that they had 2 shipments of DVD's get sent back to them and that they were still on the way. They also said that I would be recieving a 40% discount coupon off of my next order with them. So, my wife and I waited and felt like it should arrive within that week. It did not.
It is now August 28th and we still have not received any Little House on The Prairie DVD Box Set. I paid 210 dollars (US) for this and I am really upset and that is a lot of money for us!!! The only reason we bought it from them was because of the great price. If you look at their web site now they are offering the same set for 149.99......even cheaper that what I paid.
I have just read a few of the other Ripoff Reports on here about TVBOXSET.COM and I am furious and want to take them to court! I want my money back. I have since sent them 3 e mails and received NO response.
Please help me to get my money back. My wife and I are so disapointed. This was only the second time we have ordered something online. Please help!!
