Complaint Review: Garcia Media Group - Tvdvdboxsets

seems like i am not the only one who thought this was a rip off!

My wife order the complete Cagney and Lacey box set from this company.
had the same e mail saying our order had been returned and was being reshipped and to please allow 14 days delivery.

It has now been 6 weeks and no delivery
we have emailed the above company with no reply
when we received the email saying the item was delayed we received a voucher saying we could have a 40% discount on the next order

dont think i will be taking them up on this offer.
Because we live in the UK we were told we would not be able to trace the parcel

hope this message helps other people not to be ripped off web sites like these should be shut down
