On Jsnuary 18, 2015, I had the unfortunate experience of viewing my e-mail on Yahoo and caught a presentation about weight loss products promoted by Dr. Oz.  Hey, if Dr. Oz and Yahoo endorse it, it must be legitimate and maybe even works.  Even though I had already lost the weight I needed to lose (80 lbs.), I thought that maybe Dr. Oz was right and the garcinia extra strength and green coffee extract would help me shed the actual fat remaining.

I am a cardiac pacemaker, atrial fibrillation, heart failure patient who foolishly ordered SAMPLE BOTTLES of the products.  I charged one to my bank debit card and one to my Chase credit card.  You see I was close to my limit with Chase so they only would pay for one fee of $4.95 for the garcinia SAMPLE BOTTLE.  I was forced to use my Bank Debit Card for the green coffee extract SAMPLE BOTTLE.

My doctor informed me that I was not to take these products because of my heart condition, so I never even touched them.  I just put them to the side and forgot about them.  After all, they were only sample bottles, and I never agreed to any further shipments whatsoever.  To my disgusted nightmareish surprise, my bank debit card, which is my checking account, was charged $78.85 and my Chase credit card was charged $38.71.  To my horror, I was left with a checking account that could not cover all the bills I had paid by checks already mailed out.  I also was put over the limit with my Chase credit account.

I am a disability patient, and the little money I do receive just about covers my utilities with almost nothing left to spare to subject to any overdraft error.  Well, Garcinia and Green Coffee just about ruined everything for me.  I was just re-establishing credit and my credit card payments were outstanding.  I had to beg for money to pay for the overdrafts that this unnamed company caused me.  Also, the phone has been constantly ringing with the caller i.d. being body coach.  When I would pick up the phone, noone was there.  This happens several times a day.  My husband is livid about it.  But we don't even know how to contact the caller; everytime we called back there was noone there.

This is the first rip-off that I have encountered with my debit and credit cards and it is a doosey.  I just want everyone out there to know that this program is a scam and a rip-off.  I don't want to see anyone else go through the misery that I am going through.  The garcinia/coffee been company will not call my bank to verify that I never placed additional orders and my bank of ELEVEN YEARS will not call the pill pushing company.  So I am stuck dealing with this totally by myself.  I'm working on getting this resolved somehow.  I'll log in later with updates on this unscrupulous company.  I guess Dr. Oz is also a charlatan and a shister.  And Yahoo must just be plain ignorant of the fact that this company is the biggest rip off out there, pushing their pills in the light when they really operate in the darkness of thievery.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I did get my money back.  I hope that the garcinia/green coffee company learns better customer service ethics.  Good luck to the rest of you.  I am thankful to this forum for allowing me to air my grievance.

Tyg, Prove your statements about me, Big Mouth!

You'd be hard pressed to find any evidence of your assertions.  But I welcome you to go through any kind of records, if the rip- off company has any, to prove your statements.  This is a challenge to you, whom I have nicknamed "BIG MOUTH."  I know they have records of debit and credit card numbers, but any other records, I doubt it.  Now it will be in the hands of the Citizens Bank detectives and the Chase Credit Card Services detectives.  So I suggest that you come up with a better line of defense.  You're going to lose; I am super confident of that because why in God's name is everyone who ordered those dangerous pills  complaining about being ripped off.  People out there, please do not get trapped in this rip-off scam.  As Dr. Oz testified before Congress, the only way to lose weight is by cutting down on your caloric intake and exercise.

I should know this because I just lost 80 lbs.  I weigh a mere 140 lbs., and I needed those pills like I needed a hole in my head.  There is some type of understanding in the diet community that you don't provide diet pills to anyone weighing 145 lbs or under.  The scam doesn't even ask you any questions before they are so ready to bill you and send you these dangerous pills, and continue and continue to bill you and maybe send you the pills or not.  They think it's their right to indiscriminantly bill and bill and bill for shipments that were never even ordered in the first place.  I've contacted my financial institutions to be on the lookout for this fraudulent company.  Claims are being filed by the big whigs, and I hope garciinia/green tea is ready to take them on and believe that it is worth all of that trouble.

By the end of this month, I guarantee that I will have my money back!  I am no fool!

Read, there was nothing to read!

Hey, Tyg, I think you should learn how to spell before accusing me of not being able to read.  THIER really?  It just so happens that when I ordered the sample bottles and gave my credit card information, all further information, if there was any, just disappeared off of my computer screen.  Coincidence, I don't think so.  You must be a member of this rip off garcinia/green coffee extract company.

I saw no information after I ordered the sample bottles, and I think that the advertisement is set up that way.  Why do you think there are hundreds of thousands of people complaining about this scam.  The company fooled Dr. Oz and Yahoo into thinking that you were legitimate, and the next people I write to about this scam is Dr. Oz and Yahoo, because they are being used by the garcinia company to push these dangerous products.  I guess the sight of green made them blind to the facts of this rip off scheme.  Also, don't you think the price of $78.85 a bottle for garcinia or green coffee extract is rather high?  I pay less for some of my heart meds.  So convenient that after you give them your payment information, they just disappear and go away.

You're rather fresh trying to tell me I didn't read the very very fine print which was not even there.  I"ve been a paralegal all of my life, and my job was very detail oriented and I am programmed to read everything put before me.  So, go suck on a lemon you schill for the garcinia rip off company.  Until you are ripped off in this manner, you have no business criticizing us victims of the scam.

You also didn't address the information regarding a body coach.  Every day I am being harassed by whomever calling my house, hanging up, and not being there when I would return call.  Do you know anything about that?  I would really like your input and explanation of that one super annoying fact.  You sound to me like you are going to be a defendant in a class action suit against garcinia/green coffee, but your rebuttal is nothing but a lie, you garcinia/green coffe company representative.  And if you people are so legitimate, why don't you practice decent customer service.  It's like, we got your money, too bad for you.  Doesn't that defeat the purpose of being a for profit sales company.  You people have no idea how to treat customers.  And I bet your fraudulent practices are making you lose hundreds of thousands of possible repeat customers.

If only you guys could get it right with customer service, maybe you would make alot of money on your super expensive products.  I have no idea if they work or not because I never took a single pill.  Now go along back to your garcinia/green coffee desk and look for some other personality to hire to push your rip off scheme.  My next letter is going to fired out to Dr. Oz and Yahoo.  I'll bet you that Dr. Oz is going to be very embarrassed after finding out about the kind of company he promoted.  Did you even know that he was called on before Congress to explain his pushing of these dangerous pills.  I wish I would have known that before I orderrd anything from this rip off company.  I've learned very much this past week about giving out credit card and debit card information to an unscrupulous unverifed company.  Prove to me that you are verified legitimate.  You'll be hard pressed to be able t do that thought, BIG MOUTH!

When YOU entered in YOUR payment info YOU clicked an "I agree" tab. YOU agreed that YOU wanted to enter into the TRIAL MEMBERSHIP. Which means that if YOU did not cancel YOUR TRIAL MEMBERSHIP within 14 days of placing YOUR order for the trial size then YOU would be charged the full price and enrolled in an autoshipping/billing program. What surprises me more then anything is ALL of this information was available to YOU, yet YOU try and play the victim when YOU AGREED TO IT!!!! perhaps in the future YOU will READ!!! Because THAT is what has gotten YOU into this situation. THEy are ONLY doing what YOU TOLD THEM TO DO!!!! THAT is NOT a ripoff!!! WHat YOU are doing IS!!!! YOU are falsly defaming THEM because of YOUR inability to READ!!!! HOW is it THIER fault when YOU agreed to ALL of the terms and conditions of the sale?? Its NOT a ripoff when you do it to yourself!!!!
