Garcinia Advanced Snaps Products, Inc 14 day trial, is a scam - they will not refund your money TUSTIN California
I ordered a free trial of Garcinia Advanced on June 12, paid the $5.95 shipping and handling received the product June 16th. I took the supplement for 4 days and became very ill. On June 26 the company posted a charge to my bank account for $89.95. I called the company to cancel the trial and find out where I should ship the product back and they would not refund my money stating the following terms of agreement clause:
"A. Trial Policy: Our Trial policy requires You to understand certain important dates. The policy, and the important dates for You to know, are as follows:
B. Beginning on the day that You place an order for a product ("Product") from the Website, Your fourteen (14) day Trial period begins ("Trial Period"). The Trial Period is calculated in calendar days, not business days and your fourteen (14) day Trial ends on day fourteen (14)."
They stated that the 14th day was June 25th. After reading the Terms of Agreement, apparently the company Garcinia Advanced is owned by Snap Products, Inc.

My suggestion is to stay far, far away from this company and any of its products.
