Garcinia Cambogia African Mango Prime Won't Refund Money Oakland CA
II ordered the free trial bottle of Garcinia Cambogia ($4.95) and African Mango ($5.95). When I ordered, there was a box that said something like "I certify that I'm over 18 and agree to the terms and conditions of this website". Thinking that this was just a formality, I clicked it. I got the product and gained 5 lbs. after a week. Next thing I know, they've charged my credit card for 79.95 and 89.95 for each bottle. I called to cancel and request a refund. They refused to give a refund, claiming that when I clicked that box, I agreed to these charges for the bottles after a 14-day trial. I went back and looked at the "terms and conditions of this website", and sure enough, in there, they've embedded verbage saying that if you don't call them within 14 days OF ORDERING, they will charge you the full price. SURPRISE!!!! I told them I refused to pay it and they offered a 50% refund. I said no, I want a full refund of the additional charges. They refused. I told them I would dispute the charges with my credit card company; they said the credit card company would side with them because I checked that box. The battle is still going on.....
