Complaint Review: Garcinia cambogia core & African mango core

 Garcinia cambogia and African mango core charged me full price for products I only received about a week ago. They charged me $89.00 and some change. After seeing what they had charged me I call customer service and spoke to 3 different people. They were all stating the policy and terms of agreement. The first guy told me there was nothing he could do. So I had him transfer me to a higher up. So then that lady told me she could only refund me 31%. Which was $31.00 out of the $90 that was taken out of my account. I had her transfer me to yet another higher up who told me the most she can refund me was 75%. I just don't understand how this company does this to people knowing that they don't necessarily read all the terms and conditions. I read some, and from my understanding I wouldn't be billed until after I had received it and began the trial. It was very frustrating to speak to them on the phone. I was on the phone with them for about 20 minutes. Mostly in hold. I still would like to receive all my money back. Being a parent of a 6 year old child this will cause me nothing but problems financially. All in all I'm not even happy with the product.
