Complaint Review: Garcinia Cambogia

I watched the Dr. Oz show on Garcinia Cambogia and wanted to try the supplement as it had a money back guarentee. I paid $148.00. When I got the five bottles, I saw that the pills were made with gelitin. As I am a vegetarian I cannot take this product. I called the number on my creditcard statement and they said I would have to pay $5.25 per bottle. I said that I did not see this on their website. They sent me the link and I then noticed that they were going to charge me the following.

I told them that I would dispute this with my creditcard company. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he was the head manager, his name was Gavin. I called my creditcard company and they said to get the refund and then I could dispute the restocking fee later. I called back, spoke to Gavin again and he said the creditcard company had to call them back and tell him that I would not dispute the charges. I called the creditcard company and told them what he said , and they said they donot call companies in this situation. I called Gavin back and he said he would not refund the amount unless they did. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the head supervisor. I told him that I would post my experience on the internet as I thought he was now being unreasonable. He then hungup on me.
