I ordered this product as a free trial and paid for shipping knowing that i could cancel, i canceled and they billed me for the product including a double order for 1 part of the product that i did not order. upon contacting them they insist i did not cancel and therefore all charges are ligit and they will not take returns, i was billed total of $261.00 and i am justy out this money to a pack of thieves plus i have never received the second part of the shipment i was billed for. i obviously canceled my card number etc.
