I bought this product on September 9 2016 and have not got it. They charged my credit card, 63.49. I talk with them on line but they keep saying this week it will come and it doesn't. I am sick of it. Either send the product or credit me what you charged. I got an email on 09/28/16 stating the item was shipped with a USPS tracking# when I check it USPS displays package not received yet by USPS
