Garcinia Cambosia Pro Atlanta, Ga. Trial offer turns to fraud Atlanta Georgia
I responded to a trial offer of Garcinia Cambosia Pro over the Internet. They requested a credit card number for minimal shipping fees. In October of 2013 a charge appeared for 4.25. one month later a charge from the same company for 149.00 appeared on my statement. This company when contacted denies they offer any trial offer. I innocently responded to their "trial offer" and they have taken the liberty to tap into my credit card account. Is there any help available to recoup this loss.
Thanks

Because of all the scams going on regarding Garcinia Cambogia it has been difficult to pinpoint the shipping location of these individuals. In some cases locations have been established in the statesfor people who are actually withdrawing our money from Great Britan. My bank told me that is where the money is going. The picture in this report is accurate but on this very same website a similar Gambogia product is being sold under the Vitamax label. One of the addresses that appears on this website is 1452 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy Suite #325 Henderson, NV. 89012.

I ordered their "trial offer" without reading their terms and conditions. My bad. They count on you being so excited about their "free trial" that you fail to read their terms. Their terms include a 149.00 charge to your credit card for product not returned in about 15 days. It takes 5 days to ship. You are left with 9 days to sample the product and get it returned. The credit card number given over the telephone "for shipping" is a virtual guarantee that they will get to 99% of us for this "free trial".
When was the last time you were expected to pay for a free trial? I finally contacted them on the phone frustrated at the audacity of these crooks. I told the woman on the phone I wanted to discontinue my order which was actually a "free trial". This woman then offered me the same product for 100.00 a month, I said no. She then offered me the same product for 50.00 a month. I said no again! Suspecting she was going to loose her cash cow she offered the same product for 19.95 a month. These people just don't get the point. Violate my trust, take advantage of me, advertise in a fraudulent manner while scamming thousands of innocent people for your selfish profits and I will do everything I can to expose you for the crooks that you are.
