Garcinia Pure Ripped me off after I returned the product Santa Ana California

On May 22, 2015 I saw an ad on Facebook for the product Garcinia Pure which had been shown on Dr. Oz. There was a free trial for $4.95 per bottle. So I ordered one bottle of Garcinia Pure and one bottle of Garcinia Coffee Pure. I received the product and took maybe four of the Garcinia Pure. On June 4, 2015 I saw tro charges on my bank account. One for $89 and one for $88. I called the phone numbers associated with the charges.  I immediately called the company and was told that I was charged because I had not cancelled on Day 14 (they charged me on day 15). I told the representative that I was not aware of this charge (the ad on facebook did not have this little notation about being charged ). In any event I cancelled my account with them and requested a refund. I was told that I could only get a 25% refund on both products. I told them that was not satisfactory. I was not happy with the product or the company and their deceit and I wanted a full refund. I was told that was not possible. When I asked for a suprevisor I was told there was not one available. After a few minutes I called back and spoke to another representative that advised me to return the unopened bottle and they would refund my money. He said to send it with a tracking number. I did as instructed. Once I saw that the product had been received I called again and spoke to a Ben who said he was a supervisor and that I could return the second bottle which had been opened for a full refund. He gave me an RA# to return the bottle. I returned the bottle and when I saw that it had been received I again called about my refund. I have been told by at least 6 different representatives since June 4, 2015 that my refund will be processed in 5-7 business days. I have been told that it has been escalated. The last representative I spoke to today August 14, 2015 told me that if I did not have my refund in 5-7 business days that he suggested I contact the Attorney General. I work for a very prestigious law firm in South Carolina. I will probably have to file a suit against the company. The problem with that is that I cannot find anywhere who owns the company. This has been a nightmare. Never again.....
