I did in October purchase an item from Garcinia, which was delivered fine.
After I received my order i was checking my acocunt for the month and realised that i was charged $195.00 (NZD) for my item which i was told i would only be charged shipping fee for of $15.00. I made numerous inquiries and was told by email to please make contact with customer services on one of the following numbers.

Every time i tried and did not matter which number was always no answer. Then the email report says that this complaint has been dealt with. I sent yet another request asking for my email and details to be cancelled with them and that i would not be ordering anything further from them. I hear nothing from the company no emails or anything and then check my account again in February to find that there is another two withdrawls as follows:

I did not authorise these payments. So I tried to make contact again and was told that this was my annual supscription fee. I said i did not want to be part of their annual subscription and would like it canceled and funds returned. I was informed that this was not up to them or me but was up to the accounts department but a request would be made to see if it is available.
I did inform them that i would be filing a report with a scam agency if they did not sort this out.
I was informed that if a refund was made i would receive it within the next 10 days. Well i checked my account yesterday and there is another two withdrawals. as Follows:

Yet again I did not authorise any of these finally transactions only the initial one in October 2013. I would like some action if any taken against this sort of thing happening to people.

Hi there i understand totally how you feel. Here is the email address support@businesswebhelpdesk.zendesk.com I would advice that when you email them make sure you have dates and total amounts plus any other information. I found the best way was to scan and insert the section of my statement that showed the amounts withdrawn.

My problem is that I do not have the companies email address to even contact them about the unauthorised withdrawls they have been making from my account.
I too made one order in September 2013 thinking it was a one-off payment to try the product (which doesn't work) and have since had 6 unauthorised withdrawls from my account.
The Despatch Note (that thankfully I kept) only has a customer service number +44 808 168 0062 on it that doesn't work, the message says the number has been changed and doesn't supply the new number. It also says the packing and despatch is contracted to: PPF Shipping Ltd, PO Box 13511, EH49 7YH, UK and returns are to that address only.
Would you please supply the email address you have been using to contact the company so that I can also contact them to stop them making further withdrawls from my account and return my money.

I unfortunately have been done again. I checked my account on Monday 24 March and realising that yet again another amount has come out of my account unauthorised by me. I have spoken with someone before about this and thought it was resolved. I am a solo mum of 4 children so i cannot afford to be losing this sort of money. This is food money for my children and I have asked for a cancellation or what ever from this site and have been told that is up to the accounts department. Well I am sorry but no if someone asks you to remove them from your database you should be doing it. I so need some help with this. I am due to move house soon so cannot have money that is really needed disappearing out of my account.

Well great news. After i posted on this site I notifed the company by email that i had this morning funds had been returned to my account. Isn't it wonderful how the world works. Awesome site. I will definitely be recommending it to friends
