Garcinia Trial took money from credit card account, but can't return the money Greenville South Carolina

 On 5/25/14 I visited a website which directed me to a "Free Garcinia Trial Offer" , all I had to pay was the $4.95 shipping. I admit I didn't read the whole terms and agreement book. I recieved the bottle of Pure Garcinia Extract, on 6/2/14, then on 6/8/14 I was charged to my credit card $87.67. Then less than a month later on 7/6/14 they took another $87.67 from my credit card, and 2 days later I recieved another bottle of the Pure Garcinia Extract.

 On 7/11/14 the day I recieved the second bottle, which I didn't want or order and was charged for I called the customer service  number 1-888-886-8214. I explained that i never ordered another bottle, and didn't want it. the customer service person explained that it was a 14 day free trial period, that is why I was charged the $87.67 on 6/8/14, because I didn't call and cancel the free trial befor that date. I explained if you get 14 days to try something out you should have 14 days of use of that product to try out, not count the 8 days it tokk for me to recieve the product from you. He just said that is what is in the terms.

 I told him I wanted to return this bottle and get a refund, he gave me a RMA# and told me I would be charged a $10.00 restocking fee, so my refunbd would be $77.67. I said ok. I sent it back on 7/19/14 via USPS first class. They recieved the package on 7/22/14, acording to USPS. I waited until 8/5/14 to call and ask about my refund, the customer service rep said they have not recieved it back as of yet. I was at work when I called so I didn't have the note from USPS stating the date the delivered the package, so I called back the next day. I told them they did recieve the package on 7/22/14 and I want to know when to expect my refund? I was told it could take up to 30 days for a refund to go thru.

 On 9/1/14 called asking about my refund, the customer service rep said the accounting department tried to refund my money several times, but it would not go thru. I told her they had no problems taking the money out from my account. She said someone from the accounting dept. would call me within 3 - 5 business days. 9/10/14 called again because no calls from the accounting dept. I asked to speak with them directly, but was told that is not possible. They checked my account again and said the refund was attempted again, but would not go thru from their end. She again said someone would call me, I gave her anothe rphone number to call me directly. Again never got a call. 9/21/14 called customer service same story they are having technicle difficulties with returning money from the credit card system, and are working on fixing the problem, so I will get my money just as soon as it is fixed. I asked to speak with someone like a supervisor, or manager, but was told everyone in the company will tell me the same thing.

 On 10/7/14 I called customer service again, still having the same technicle problems returning money on their end, and they are working very hard to get it fixed. I told her I want them to just send me a check in the mail. I was told they can't do that. I told her they just don't want to return peoples money, and do I need to get an attorney involved to get this taken care of she just said I can do what ever I want, but they are working very hard to correct the problem with their system. They are not going to pay the interest on the money they are keeping, I am.
