Ordered a 14-day "risk free" trial bottle and the product didn't ship until 4 days after. Needless to say the 14 day trial is not true because they count it from the day you order your product not from when you actually start it. So in reality i was just on day 4 when they charge came through to my account. I called customer service because they had charged my card $96 for one bottle and without my authorization. There was no where on their website stating that you would be paying this much for one bottle of 30 day supply. I told them that I didn't want the product and it will be returned and I expect my money back and was told that they do not accept returns because the product is open. Needless to say they contradicted themselves when under their terms and conditions it states that the refund policy is for any opened or unopened products purchased within 30 days is eligible for a full refund. The customer service refused to refund my full amount. After two conversations later with two different customer service reps explaining that they are fraudulent and their advertising is false they tried to refund me for half my money back. I wanted my full money and they refused and said that they will send me A FREE BOTTLE and refund 50% which is $48. Needless to say, I had to close this card becuase the charges are just never ending. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. You can buy a bottle of garcinia cambogia from your local GNC for a LOT CHEAPER.
