Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge Rude, disrespectful, yelled Hempstead, New York
I went with my husband and father in law to buy a car from this dealer. That is when we met Mr. Andre Smith. He was unpleasant from the start. I thought it was because he was sick. That is still not an excuse. He said hello very coldly. We test drove the car and you could hear a pin drop in the car. He barely spoke with us. My husband and father went to do paperwork and dealing with Mr. Smith and after they were done, he told us we would hear from him the next day or the day after. My husband called late afternoon the next day just to see if all the paperwork was ok and Mr Smith rudely replied, "I told you not to call me, I will call you." When my husband told me that, it took everything in my power not to go over there and rip him a new one. I let it go. The next day he had not called. It was around 4:30 nearing 5. My father in law called and he told us that there was a problem, when we asked why he didn't call, he rudely replied," Well I was going to..." M question is why the f*&^ didn't he. My father in law called the next day and he had the nerve to ell on the phone at my father in law and rushed him off the phone. I called Alex Gomez, one of the supervisors and he said, " You have got to be kidding me. I have heard that name before. I have heard complaints (as in plural) about him before." So if you have heard complaints, why the hell wasn't anything done. I am very pissed off by the disrespect this sales person had for me and m family. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and their Corporate Office.

After the way they treated me and my family. I would never buy a car from them. We went to another dealer who was much nicer ad gave us no bullshit. For the person the person who wrote the comment before the last, They were rude on several occasions, you think I would be nice after that. We spoke to them like people. The sale person was a complete and utter a******. And yeah you f*** with me and my family, you get torn a new a******. It's as simple as that. Respect goes both ways. You give it and then get it. If you don't give it, then you surely don't get it.

Their sales guy is an attitudinous a*hole, why didn't you just tell the dealership to F themselves and be done with them? You still want to buy a car from these people?

How exactly were you ripped off?
All I hear in this report is you complaining that he was being rude. Yet you also say you wanted to "rip him a new one" and wondering "why the f*&^" did he not call, or "why the hell wasn't anything done" if there was previous complaints.
It sure sounds like the rudeness may have gone both ways.
