I sent a check for $29.47 for 10 Paulownia trees, before I had a chance to check them out with the better business.
I checked my checking account and they cashed my check on the 24th of March. I
I then sent them an e-mail asking how long it would take for my trees to be delivered. Their reply was they couldn't find an order for me. They suggested I e-mail them back in 7 to 10 days,
which I did and I didn't get a reply from them. In the mean time I'm reading all of your rip-off reports from this company.
I e-mailed them again asking when am I going to get my trees?
On April 19th I received a notice saying I would get a full refund as they are not shipping to my area this season..
On May 1st I received a check for the full amount. Ran like H---to the bank and cashed it.
