Complaint Review: Gardeners' Choice

Last year (2007) I bought 4 trees, 3 English Walnut and 1 Peach tree from Gardeners Choice in Hartford Michigan. They arrived dry with broken roots and limbs but I planted them right away but they all died four and a half months later. Their return policy says return anytime within 3 months for prompt replacement but they had lived for four and a half months. I contacted Gardeners Choice and this is not easy to do, but they told me that the guarantee had run out.

I had told them Most Nurseries give at least a one year guarantee and they told me that three months was their policy for returns. Now I am out of my money and my trees and I told them that I will never do buisness with them again. I suggest you do the same.Go to (((copmetitor's name redacted))),(((redacted))), (((redacted))) or a Reputable nursery near you. NO MORE MAIL ORDER FOR ME.
