Complaint Review: Gardeners' Choice

Received tiny plants, one broken, requested replacement 10/22/02. Other one has since died. Never received replacement .....

I ordered two Royal Paulownia trees on 9/9/02 and charged them to my Mastercard. They were received 10/21/02. One had the top broken off and the other was wilted.
I scanned a copy of the broken plant and mailed it with a letter on 10/22/02 requesting a replacement. As of 1/6/03 I have not received a replacement and the other plant is now dead.
