On june 10, I was trying to order quick lawn grass seed.  I mistakenly entered 2 in the amount box.   When I got to what I thought was the summary page I saw that this was not the buy 1, get one free.  So I hit the back button to correct it.  Apparently, they do not have a summary page so the order was duplicated.  I then tried to order just 1 package.  I ended up with 4 orders instead of just the 1 that I wanted.  I called within 5 minutes of it happening and their rep said it takes about 24 hours for the orders to get into their system, there was nothing she could do,  and to call back tomorrow.  This was at 6:20PM.  I called back at 8:30 the next morning and was told that the orders had already been shipped and I would receive them in 2-3 days.  I later got a call from them to confirm my order and I told her the situation.  She told me that the orders had already been shipped and I should receive them in 6-8 weeks.  She offered me a membership to a discount buying club and I refused.  But I was billed for that anyway.  She said to call the customer service number.  When I called customer service, I go the same results. I got aknowledgement emails at 10:42 that night stating \"Your order was received on 06/11/09. And will be shipped to the following address:  They should be received in 2-3 weeks.
 

After disputing it with my credit card provider, it took over 3 months for me to get credit for the product only.  I paid $55.60 for shipping that should never have happened.  Their website takes credit card information before anyone can even view the offers.  There is not opportunity to correct or change orders.  And apparently no way to cancel an order.
