Gardeners' Choice ripoff No product and check for $130 cashed Mar. 18, 2004. No response from company Hartford Michigan
In early March we orderd over $130 in products from this company in Michigan. The brochure looked professional and we had no reason to doubt their character. Our plants and flowers were to have been sent the week of May 6th. Nothing! We tried to call and no response. The check cleared the bank March 18th. Still no plants! Where are our flowers? I
n our zone, we need to get them into the ground ASAP! When we got on the internet, we discovered that we had probably been scammed. Our flower and garden budget for the year is now spent. We won't be planting anything more this year. We wanted plants that would come up every year and not have to buy annuals every year. This doesn't look like a big town on the map. Someone is certainly getting their mail at the Post Office box. What a shame!
Some of us work hard for a living and earn our pay honestly. I can't say that for this fly-by-night scam group.
