Complaint Review: Gardeners Choice

I had a very bad experience with gardeners choise,seeing their ad in the paper i ordered a 100.00 worth the trees for my new home,a 300k home on 5 acres where i had 25k in succesfull landscaping work done myself,so i am no novice to planting,all their products where not even close to wath they advertised in their ad,no where in the same ball park,

i planted them anyway and everything they sent me died,the do not answer their phones,i called for days and at all difrent times of the day,when after weeks i fianlly got ahold of customer service they where very rude,i talked to their supervisor and i saw where they learned their rudeness from,she was insulting and unhelpfull,it took months for them to refund my money,a day to accept it,but months to refund it,

i finally got in touch with them again today,8 months after i placed my oreder,after i told them about all the reports on this ripoff web site the lady
and as far as growing roof high in a year,it never reached the top of the 6" fence we put around them so we didnt run them over with a lawn mower,roof high in a year,i would have been happy to see it grow a few feet,it didnt grow 6",it was a joke,the company is a rip off.
