Gardeners' Choice Won't Answer Repeated Phone Calls, E-mails Hartford Michigan
I ordered the Quicklawn product via Internet 4-4-08. After 30 days passed and the merchandise did not arrive, I repeatedly called and e-mailed the company. They never answered their phone nor my e-mails. I was in the midst of disputing the charge with AMEX when the order arrived 5-13-08, 40 days after placing it and without a word from them. That is a clear FTC violation. Now I'm 30 days late planting the grass seed, and if the company's non-action is any indication, I don't expect too much from the "miracle" seed either.
Before I knew I was dealing with unresponsive jerks, I placed another order for merchandise around the end of April. As before, no word on that order, so here we go again.
