Gardeners Collection Royal Paulownia dried twigs instead of viable trees Norwalk Connecticut
Ordered on April 30, 2016, two sets of 20 Royal Paulownia trees with the Gardeners Collection's claim that they would grow to 50 feet within the year.
Received dried twigs with a tiny thread-like root on most. Nothing has grown on any of these 40 "trees" - this being two months later.
Tried calling and always get a message saying office is closed, and that mailbox is full and not taking messages.
Tried contacting through their website by logging on to my account. Always get an "error" message with their apologies and that they are "working on" fixing the error.
Asking for replacements or refund. Can anyone help?
