Gardner Commercial Capital Due diligence fee of $7500 refundable if they decide not to go ahead with project. Will not answer calls or emails have now found on the internet other people who have been treated in this way also. We have been awaiting a bank transfer of our funds for months now. These people refuse to answer our telephone calls and emails. We paid them this money in September 2007 for a project in Turkey Kingston North Carolina
We contacted this company via the internet for funding for a project for a 500 bedroom hotel in Turkey. they asked us to transfer 7500 for due diligence fee we did this in Sptember 2007. Initially there were several telephone calls but ultimately we had to keep calling them to find out how the due diligence was progressing several occassions we were told that the project was an excellent project and that funding would be imminent. In January this year after more telephone calls they said that they were not going ahead with the funding of this project and our fee would be returned as per our contract. The contract states that the fee is returnable within 6 weeks of the company not going ahead with the funding. We have emailed them, called them on several different contact numbers and cannot get any type of response from them. I have now found another 2 cases on a website from other people who have been treated in the same way as us by this person. Mr. Quincy Gardner. We checked out before sending this money that this was a company via the internet etc. I have contacted the website which introduced us to this company in the first place but they say there is nothing they can do about it but do a review on this company. $7500 is a lot of money if this company are duping people as we feel we have been otherwise why wont they answer our calls and refund our money I have contacted them again today and emaied them 5 times this week to no avail.
