Complaint Review: Gardner's Choice

I ordered 6 burning bushes from their website. After 2 weeks, without receiving an order confirmation (or my bushes) I sent them an email inquiring about my order status. I received a reply "We haven't received your order as of yet, contact us again next week." I immediately replied to cancel my order and confirm cancellation, but I received no reply. 2 weeks later I received 6 sickly looking sticks in the smallest containers I had ever seen. I watered them immediately, and by the next day, they were dead. What a joke, I guess I learned my lesson.
