I am another victim. They charged my Credit Card, but no plants. I learned a lesson from this company......and they never answer email. Not sure what to do about them.....will see my attorney this week.

And after planting like the literature says, it appears that these dormant plants that looked alive have now passed on. But what did I expect.

Received Plants June 3

Wow, I received my plants today, all seem to be alive, in good dirt that was still wet. Each plant was wrapped seperately. The biggest surprise was that they sent it Priority Mail which cost them almost $7.00. They had charged to my credit card on May 1 and I have been after them ever since. I guess it took contacting my bank to reverse the charges and I am assuming the bank got ahold of someone at Gardeners Choice and that they were told the back was going to charge their vendor account and refund our money if order was not sent immediately.

I guess it pays to raise a little hell.

NEW Web Site

Looks like Gardeners Choice has a new web site.....www.gardenerschoice.net. I have been able to pull it up several times. But I, like the rest of you still have not received my order. I did contact my bank and they are crediting my credit card back to me and notifying Gardeners Choice of this. This is Consumer Fraud and against the law. I have sent them several emails and always get the return message that they will be in touch within a short time....ha. Never have heard a word. But at least you can get them on the internet now.
