The products (plants) were ordered roughly 4 weeks ago. The plants appeared to have been packaged 2 to 3 weeks ago, but only shipped this week.

Plants that arrived were almost dead, or completely dead. Also, products received were poor compared to the ads listed in their catalog.

The Invoice received had no phone number or email address, nor are they present on the Internet. Thus contact to complain is difficult.
